General Questions

How long does the display stay up?

Standard rentals are set up around 7 PM the evening before your event and picked up around 7 PM the day of the event — giving you roughly 24 hours of display time. Extended rentals are available upon request for an additional fee of $40 per extra day.

How do I order? Is it all online?

Yes! Simply fill out our online order form and we'll take it from there. Tell us your phrase, name, date, address, and any theme or color preferences. We'll design your display and confirm all the details before your event.

What's included in my rental?

Every rental includes a custom phrase, name and/or age when needed, themed art pieces for your occasion, delivery to your address, careful setup the evening before your event, and hassle-free pickup the day of. You don't have to do a thing — we handle everything.

Can I choose the colors and theme?

Absolutely. When you place your order, you can share your color preferences, interests, hobbies, favorite sports teams, school colors, or any theme ideas you have. We'll do our best to match your vision using our available inventory. Exact colors and art pieces aren't guaranteed, but we'll always create a fun, high-quality display tailored to your celebration.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Boise, Eagle, Meridian, Garden City, Star, Caldwell, and most of the Treasure Valley at standard pricing. A $20 delivery fee applies for Kuna (83634, 83642) and Nampa (83686, 83687). Not sure if we cover your area? Just reach out and ask — we're happy to check for you.

Do I keep the signs after the display?

No — displays are rentals, not purchases. All signs, letters, numbers, art pieces, and stakes remain the property of Hooray Yard Cards Boise. We pick everything up for you, so there's nothing to store or return on your end.

Policies & Cancellations

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancellations and rescheduling are handled case by case. Because each display requires planning, inventory reservation, and route scheduling, requests made close to the event date may not be eligible for a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule — we'll do our best to work with you.

What happens if the weather is bad?

We'll always make a reasonable effort to complete setup as scheduled. If heavy rain, high winds, snow, frozen ground, or other unsafe conditions prevent setup, we'll work with you on available options — which may include rescheduling, a credit, or cancellation depending on timing and circumstances. We'll communicate with you promptly if anything affects your display.
